Audrey Durden Jewelry Care

To ensure that your metals retain their best appearance, it is best to store your jewelry in sealed bags to slow oxidation. Protect your jewelry from direct contact with chemicals including hair products, lotions or perfumes. An occasional gentle liquid soap and water wash and a thorough rinse in lukewarm water will remove natural skin oils that can cause dulling of the original finish. For metal items, a gentle polishing cloth also works well. Never dip Audrey Durden jewelry in liquid jewelry cleaner.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is received, your items will ship within 2-4 weeks. UPS Ground is our primary shipping method. However, Fedex Ground may be used during the holiday season. UPS SurePOST will be used to all PO Box Addresses. A shipping notification will be sent by email for tracking. We only ship within the United States at this time. Shipments that are ‘returned to sender’ or undeliverable are subject to additional shipping and handling costs.

Our shipping charges are as follows:

Orders less than $75: $8.95 for commercial delivery / $11.95 for residential delivery
Orders $75 -$150: $10.95 for commercial delivery / $13.95 for residential delivery
Orders over $150: $12.95 for commercial delivery / $14.95 for residential delivery

 

Expedited Shipping

If you need your shipment expedited, you may email us at wholesale@audreydurden.com for options. However, this will not affect the time that is required to produce your items. It will simply decrease the time in transit.

 

Custom Orders

Returns

All custom monogram items may not be exchanged or returned.

 

Problems or Shipping Damage

Please report any problems with your order within 48 hours of receipt. At Audrey Durden, we package all shipments with care to arrive safely. If your order sustains damage in shipping or has a defect, please email or call us for replacement instructions. Repairs

It is our wish that you enjoy your Audrey Durden piece for many years. We will assess any repairs on a case-by-case basis and may require an additional fee.

 

Payment Methods

Payment is due at the time your order is placed. All online credit or debit card payments are handled directly through the secure PAYPAL network linked with our website ordering system.

 

Pricing & Promotions

All special promotions, new designs, etc. will be advertised through our website, facebook or media. Due to material and labor costs, our prices can change periodically.

 

Order Changes or Additions

After your order has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. After review, if you would like to change your order or would like to add to your existing order, please contact us at wholesale@AudreyDurden.com within 24 hours of order placement. All changes must be received by email and cannot be made by phone.

Your email and personal information will not be shared with any third party. All credit card or check card information is transacted through our direct secure site.
